Player names
The organiser enters player names to run the draw. Public draw views shorten names where possible, and email-like entries are hidden from public viewers.
Privacy
A plain-English overview of what data the app uses to create, unlock, find and share sweepstake draws.
Data use
The organiser enters player names to run the draw. Public draw views shorten names where possible, and email-like entries are hidden from public viewers.
Free instant draws do not require an email address. Pro draws may store the organiser email supplied through checkout so the organiser can receive results and find their draw later.
Secret Santa is a free Pro module and requires an organiser email for results and secure recovery; no payment is taken. We store the participant names, private matches and individual reveal credentials so the organiser and participants can reopen their private links. These links should be treated as private invitations. Contact [email protected] from the organiser email to request deletion.
Payments are processed by Stripe. SweepstakeDraw does not store card numbers. Stripe may provide payment status and customer email details needed to unlock the Pro draw.
The browser may store temporary free-draw data, pending Pro draw reminders, and short-lived lookup sessions so the app can resume useful state.
The Cookie Policy explains essential browser storage, reCAPTCHA security checks, cookie choices, and how optional Google Tag Manager analytics can be accepted, rejected or deleted.
Server-backed draws, including player names and any organiser email, are kept so that draw links keep working for the group. Verification codes and lookup sessions expire automatically after a short time. To have a draw or an email address deleted, contact [email protected] from the organiser email or include the draw link.
Draw links should be treated like private invitations. Anyone with the public result link can view that draw, and anyone with the organiser link can manage it.
For privacy questions, contact [email protected] and include enough context to identify the relevant draw if you have one.
