SweepstakeDraw is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Premier League, the English Football League, any football club, Eurovision, the organisers of the Grand National, or any other competition, body or event referenced on this site. All team, competition and event names are used purely to identify the relevant entrant and remain the property of their respective owners. No official logos, crests or branding are used.
Live tables and sports data
Some draws show live league tables or other sports data supplied by third-party data providers. This information is provided for interest only: it may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors, and the official competition sources remain authoritative. No personal data about you or your players is shared with these providers.
Payment - what the fee buys
The optional one-off fee shown at checkout unlocks the full draw within the software. It is a fee for use of the tool. It is not a stake, bet, wager or entry fee, it does not create a prize pool, and no winnings or prizes are collected or paid out through this site.
Refunds
The Pro unlock is digital content delivered immediately at checkout. By purchasing, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once the unlock has been delivered. Because the unlock is delivered instantly, payments are non-refundable, except where the service is faulty or a refund is required by law. You can test the draw for free before paying.
Sweepstakes you run are your own
Any sweepstake, pool or prize arrangement you organise using this tool is a private arrangement between you and your participants. You are solely responsible for how it is run, including any money you collect or pay out and for compliance with the laws that apply to you. SweepstakeDraw is not a gambling or betting operator.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to have the consent of the people you add as players, and not to use the service unlawfully. We may withdraw access for misuse.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the tool or from any sweepstake you organise with it.
Operator and governing law
The service is operated by SweepstakeDraw, an independent, UK-based project. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
