What to include
Include the competition name, organiser email, approximate time of purchase, and enough detail to identify the draw. Do not send card details.
Find a Pro draw
If you paid for a Pro draw and still have access to your checkout email, you can also use Find my draw to verify your email and reopen your organiser link.
Before contacting
Free instant draws are not saved after refresh or a closed tab. If a free draw disappears, start a new draw from the competition page.
